On December 3, 2000, the Henry Korngut Family Circle gathered, once again, at the Bonfire Restaurant for our annual Chanukah Party.
It was a very nice afternoon. The food was good and the Giants won the football game that day…on their way to the Superbowl, which turned out in favor of Baltimore!
The adults had the grab bag, and the kids all received great gifts from the Family Circle….Thanks again, Tana.
The kids all lit the candles, and we all sang some Chanukah songs.
Debbie resigned the presidency and appointed Joan interim president. We will be having new elections at POCMONT this coming June.

June 8-10, 2001
Enclosed you will find a brochure and reservation form for our June Family Circle Reunion at the Pocmont Resort in Pennsylvania.
Please note that reservations with $100 Deposit per room must be in no later than April 8, 2001. We are looking forward to a huge group this year, so make your reservations as soon as possible.
As was mentioned in the last newsletter, we will not be having a Spring meeting. That should make the June reunion at POCMONT even more special. Please make your reservations soon.
I haven't had much news from my ‘reporters’ out there…that means each and every one of you! Please send or email me updates on your family, to share with the Family Circle.

Dining Room Attire: Proper dress is required during all meals. Please no bathing suits, T-shirts, torn jeans, or shorts during dinner (dress shorts are permissible, Jackets and ties are not required.) We will have a section of the dining room for our group, just like at Sacks Lodge!
Meals included are The Grand Buffet! On Friday, featuring Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Marsala, Peppersteak, Macaroni & Cheese, Herring (Plain and Creamed), smoked salmon, Caesar salad and many other entrees and selections from the Hot and Cold Buffets, and many dessert selections.
Saturday: Breakfast, Barbecue Lunch (Poolside), and Dinner in the Dining Room
Sunday: Breakfast
We have reserved a hospitality suite, where we will meet and greet, have cocktails before dinner (Please bring your own). We also have an additional suite, across the hall, for card games (bridge, poker, etc.)
We have reserved basketball and tennis courts for Saturday morning at 10:00 A.M. for our Family Tournaments, and the baseball field is reserved for 2:30.
The indoor pool and health club will surely be enjoyed by all. It is connected directly to the outdoor facilities.
VERY IMPORTANT:
A note about the directions. When you go North on 209, you will probably have a slow down of traffic (we did twice when looking at hotels) until you come to a TRAFFIC LIGHT. At this light TURN RIGHT to continue on Rte 209. (This IS NOT the BLINKER LIGHT mentioned in the directions.) Then, continue to BLINKER LIGHT in Bushkill, and TURN LEFT to POCMONT.
Please save this, so you don't get lost and miss any part of the weekend!
